All items are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Our Processing time is 24-72hrs to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Priority Shipping takes 1-3 business days to reach you. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or holidays.

FREE SHIPPING - Free shipping is shipped First Class. Takes 2-5 business days and your package is not insured. Insured packages are with Priority shipping or Express Only. International orders can take 3 14 business days to receive depending on which shipping is selected at checkout. Flawless Hair does not cover any tariffs or custom fees.
FLAWLESS HAIR EXTENSIONS isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service and file a claim. All packages are insured by USPS.
FLAWLESS HAIR EXTENSIONS does not hold responsibility for packages after they have
been shipped.
FLAWLESS HAIR EXTENSIONS is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays. If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office. If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to FLAWLESS HAIR EXTENSIONS you are responsible for additional shipping fees, or a store credit will be given to you to purchase a new order with the correct address. If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 4:30 p.m. CST, it will be shipped the following business day.

Exchanges must be made within 5 days of receipt of hair purchase. Items must be in its original state (unopened,unaltered,unworn, undamaged, and all tags and packing must be included). We do not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered in any way. We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.
